A Heartfelt Goodbye from The Broth Bar
It is with an incredibly heavy heart that we share this news.
After six wonderful years of serving families across the country, we have made the difficult decision to close The Broth Bar and discontinue all shipping operations.
This decision has not come easily. In fact, it is one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make.
Over the last month, shipping costs have increased dramatically nearly 25%. Even more challenging, carriers are no longer guaranteeing the 2 day delivery service that we have relied upon to safely transport our frozen products. Shipments that we have paid premium rates to deliver within two days are often delayed, arriving days later and, unfortunately, warm and unusable.
As a small business, these shipping failures have cost us hundreds of dollars in replacement orders, but more importantly, they have prevented us from delivering the quality and consistency that our customers deserve.
For six years, The Broth Bar has been so much more than a business. It has been a mission.
What began as a passion for nourishing others grew into a community of incredible people seeking healing, wellness, and hope. We have been honored to hear your stories, the improved digestion, stronger immune systems, healthier pregnancies, reduced inflammation, restored energy, and countless other life-changing experiences that came from incorporating nutrient-dense bone broth into your daily routine.
Many of you became more than customers. You became friends. You trusted us to be a small part of your healing journey, and for that we will be forever grateful.
The hardest part of closing our doors is knowing how many people have benefited from our broths and how many lives have been touched along the way. We have poured our hearts into every batch, every recipe, every market, every conversation, and every order shipped across the country.
While we are saddened beyond words to say goodbye, we choose to focus on gratitude.
