The Broth Bar was born in 2020, in the heart of Chandler, Arizona, during one of the most uncertain times our world had ever faced. What began as a small counter inside our family business, Simply Healthy, soon evolved into a movement of wellness, hope, and healing.

Our journey began with Austin’s Regimen inspired by the remarkable healing story of my dear friend’s young son. At just 18 months old, Austin faced severe gut imbalance and dysbiosis. Rather than turning to traditional medication, his mother sought a more natural, holistic approach guided by a homeopathic doctor. For six months, Austin thrived on a nutrient-rich Chicken Bone Broth with Liver regimen. Gradually, his little body began to heal his energy returned, his hair grew thick and healthy, his digestion improved, and his bright spirit came alive again.
Witnessing his transformation was life-changing. It revealed the body’s incredible capacity to heal when nourished with intention and care. Bone Broth became more than nourishment it became a vessel of hope, restoration, and renewed vitality.

As our story spread, I invited a few longtime friends to join this growing wellness movement. Together, we’ve brought The Broth Bar to new communities across Texas, North Carolina, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Though our Simply Healthy storefront has since closed, our reach continues to expand. Today, we proudly ship our frozen Bone Broth nationwide, delivering comfort and healing right to your doorstep. Each testimony we receive reminds us why we began. To share Austin’s story, to inspire others on their path to wellness, and to keep hope alive one cup at a time.

Inspired by what I witnessed, The Broth Bar was born. We introduced Austin’s Regimen and nine other handcrafted varieties designed to support gut health and autoimmune recovery. Our mission has always been simple: to make healing accessible, delicious, and rooted in love.
